Thinking about a leveling kit

Thinking about going with a leveling kit for the F250, I really don’t like how low the front end sits. Plus if I park next to a F350 it looks like a Ranger sitting so low. (Not really but you know what I’m saying) LOL

I’ve been reading and basically I’m understanding that it gets the same size blocks in the rear as the F350 (+2 inches) So does it raise the front end about 3 inches?
Pros and cons? I know that a pro is the looks and a con will be it should drop a MPG or 2. What else?

I Was reading ICON’s ad…..not sure I really buy all the stuff they clam but that’s why it’s an ad.

Also what are the better brands of leveling kits? Thanks

Most leveling kits are 2.5" in the front. F350 blocks in the rear and 2.5" in the front will make you almost exactly level. If you haul or tow anything 2" front lift would be more desirable.

Icon is good quality stuff, but for the same exact thing for approximately 25% less money, check out RCD (Race Car Dynamics). Their Superduty leveling kit includes the front springs as well as Bilstein 5100 shocks for all 4 corners. I had just a front spacer on my 2006 and will not go that route again. The ride is better with a full progressive front spring replacement.

In order to "level" it, ideally, a 1.5" front spacer would be perfect. By changing the rear to 350 blocks, you're adding 1" in the rear so a 2.5" front spacer would make it perfect. You'll probably want to change out your shocks as well. Don't recommend using the adjustment mounts for your shocks.

I would just have the snow plow springs installed. It levels the truck and sits higher. $80 makes sense

mpd579..i have an '11 f-350 swr with plow prep/11,500gvwr/h.d. this-that etc....i put the 1.5" spring block (goes on axle) & it raised front so that there is a slight front drop. ii pull equip. trailers & also put salt spreader in bed. sl. front drop works well when weight is on back. i also installed timbren bumps on front. with 8.5 fisher on.. the frame just clears the timbrens. if you don't pull or haul the 2"/2.25" lifts would level her straight out. goodluck
