Alright Heavy,
I'll put one up there for you but I haven't done much to dress it up -
just not my deal - interested in performance & clean look. Good luck with your's over there.

I'm at work right now and can't post pics. But there are a couple of older pictures in my Gallery under "rebuild pics". Its dusty from sitting in the garage and nothing special. The theme of my truck is no chrome, so every part is/will be painted to match the truck. Has a mild cam, alum. intake, and headers.

The dress up for 302's and 289's should look the same. Jag

I went for the budget approach....Chrome flame valve covers from Summit for $25, and blemished chrome headers from ebay for $69. The Edelbrock intake was used on Craigslist for $100 (it was unused...and installed on an engine that some guy bought complete, but he was going to efi). By the way, when I started it, the valve covers leaked & I had to clean them up and glue them on with sealant. If they leak again I'm installing the stock steel covers.:

Here it is after its first start-up....I will straighten up the plug wires. The gauges are there until I get some permanent gauges in the panel.

Hi i see that u may have to re install your stock steel valve covers, i powder coated my valve covers on my78 ford 400 "chrome" u can tell theyre not chrome but they look very nice and its a cheap way to dress your engine up.
ill post pics when i get home if i get the time.

I tried to edit and add pics. But for some reason it didn't work so here are a couple of the latest pics. There are some beautiful 351's out there in these old trucks!

Merv, how do you have that hubcap aircleaner configured underneath? I mean, no hole through the center, that's really cool!
