Oil Bath Filter/ 1965 Ford F100

Does anyone have a photo of what an oil bath filter looks like that fits a 1965 Ford F100?

Size and measurements would be helpful.

The engine is a 6 cylinder

There is no filter in the oil bath. Just oil and the metal screen that looks like steel wool
