4-pin Trailer Connector Right Turn Pin

This 2001 Ranger is the 1st vehicle I've purchased that came with a built-in trailer connector. I've always installed them myself.
The green wire right turn signal pin provides no output. I checked the connector with an ohm meter to verify there is continuity at the connector between the green wire and the socket. I also checked with a volt meter to verify there is no volt output. The left turn pin does provide output voltage. Also checked the fuse. The Owners Guide (manual) labels the fuse as "Right Stop/Turn Trailer Tow Connector".
I peeled back some protective sleeve to see if the connector's 4 wires terminated somewhere in a near wire harness with no success. In fact it's almost impossible. Those 4 wires must terminate someplace. And that is my question. Where is that someplace for that green wire?
There's a lot of talent on this forum.
Believe me...I appreciate every bit of it.

I am going from memory here, but I remember the green wire as ground between the vehicle and the trailer. 4 wires would indicate (1)Tail lights, (2) Right turn and right brake, (3) left turn and left brake and (4) ground. Green is usually a universal ground color. Do the other three wires have voltage ?

Green is right turn/brake yellow is left turn/brake brown is tail lights white is ground. There are separate fuse in the under hood fuse box for thes circuits check for blown fuse there and for power.

The trailer tow relays should be under the hood somewhere. Have you checked them?

Not certain how the 01 is wired, but my 99 trailer connector "T's" into the taillight wiring harness via electrical connectors, drivers side, up behind the rear bumper. SO, if the right side Vehicle rear taillight & turn signal lamps work, the no power problem at the trailer socket, is likely in the wiring between the T connection & the trailer socket, or in the pin/socket connection at the T. So try flexing that wiring, or disconnect the passenger side T connection & check for pin/socket damage, or contact corrosion from water intrusion.

If the vehicle rear turn lamp isn't working, back up & check the under hood taillight fuses & the under hood power distribution box located power relay for the rear lamps as 87XLT has suggested. If that checks out ok, check the right side lamps ground connection, or ground wire. Let us know what you find.

Check fuse 7 in central Junction box. If it is good the FSM say to repair circuit 63 (DG) or repair circuit 373 (BN/YE) as needed.

4-pin Trailer Connector Right Turn Pin rgp update

I checked the underhood fuse and it's OK. Then I pulled the relay, measured the coil resistance at approximately 70 ohms and the normally closed contact at zero ohms. Then used my lawn mower battery to energize the coil and measured the enabled normally open contact at zero ohms. So, relay is OK.
After unplugging and replugging I went back to the tow connector with my volt meter set to the 25 volt range and noticed a slight output. Switching to the 5 volt range I see and output of .3 volts.
Here's where my illogical logic kicks in. Maybe there is some sort of diode control wherein both left and right signal fuses need to conduct before either signal functions.
Shur-nuff, the left signal fuse was blown. Replacing that fuse I now have output at the right turn tow connector.
Is it any wonder that sometimes these vehicles can drive use to the looney far?
I thank you all for your support. You are gifted forum contributors.
I have a boat trailer and a box trailer. I don't know what blew the fuse. I will check for electrical shorts at both trailers.
