looking for upgrades and power for my 300 on a budget

I have a 1987 F150, it's my daily driver, a 300/4 speed 2wd with a 3.55 limited slip in it. While it's not a heavy hitting hot rod, it has its share of mods, like Lightning front swaybar, a 2/3 drop, the fresh limited slip, centerforce 11" clutch, and a set of Clifford long tube headers that y into a single 3" exhaust. the engine is a great performer and the truck is low mileage (i think it just hit 78K) but i'm looking at getting a bit more kick out of my truck. To be perfectly honest, a 250-300hp is my goal, with keeping it totally streetable ... even in the snow. here are my questions: 1) i keep seeing the chevy rocker swap. What rockers are theses exactly? i see that to fit them on my EFI head i'm going to need some machine work, but i have a spare head (off a 92) that i was going to do some cleanup, 3 angle, all that good stuff. if I was reading correctly, with the swap, a cam is unneccesary. Is this correct, or would i benefit even more from a cam AND the rockers?? 2) i really want to keep the EFI ... is there any tips i can do to clean up the intake for more flow? 351W throttle body perhaps? 3) the stock bottom end seems plenty stout ... other than upgrading to a steel timing set, i was going to leave it in. Whenever i do eventually rebuild the entire engine, any tips or tricks i should look for?? 4)suggestions on bigger injectors to feed a bit more fuel to my engine? 5) a centrifical Procharger has come into my ownership for next to nothing. It comes as justthe unit, no bracketry. I can fab bracketry, but can i make this work for a substantial power boost?? 6) lastly, for those occasional times i go to the drag strip to show people that my old beat up looking farm truck can move, can my 300 take a 75 horse shot of nitrous and live to see another day?? upon full rebuild, i will be going with forged pistons... thanks guys...
