Sorry didnt realize you needed the info all the way back to the heater core. I thought you had that part covered. I only gave you part of the equation. I didnt even have to get out of my chair had the service manual lying by the pc.

Got it hooked up and ready to have heat. But one hose stayed cold, no heat. Hmmmm, well no water was passing through at the thermostat housing so I pulled it off and someone had made a home made housing gasket and didn't put a hole in it for the heater outlet. Now it's good. Thanks all.
