You should move the cab into the living room, that oughta get you something...

(something like a dog bed in the corner of your new shop, but at least it's something!)

Its better now that it is Friday. My mom and brother were in an accident and her Explorer got totaled. Pics to follow at some point. It was pretty bad but they are both doing fine. TMI I know, but its nice to come on here and vent so bear with me lol.

It's not too much info bud. Vent away. That's some scary ****. I hope they are recovering fast and that there are no lasting effects. My heart goes out to you and yours Corey.

Thanks Josh, I really appreciate that. They are banged up but otherwise doing fine. Nothing that Vicodin can't help with lol. Worst part was seeing my Mom hauled off in the ambulance but she is home now and resting. It all seems surreal now.

Thats always traumatic. We always think we're tough till we see a family member on a stretcher. Show me someone that's good at that and I'll show you a liar. At least the recovery can begin....and vicodin can be fun! Not that I would know....at least not that I would admit....or did I?

I think my stomach wound up in my throat when I saw it.

I didn't read anything about you saying Vicodin can be fun.....move it along folks, nothing to see here

LOL...Beer works for me! Nothing to see here.

Reminds me of some of the "after traumatic events" venting & partying that we did. Some of those were epic "hold my beer and watch this" moments. Trucks in the river, tents on fire, trailers on fire, friends in jail kind of events. Surprised we survived. You must have an outlet.

LOL beer sounds good and luckily, or unluckily, most of my beer holders have moved or mellowed out now that they are married so no crazy moments for me right now. I work on my project dent all the time so that helps keep my mind off of most things.

I'm surrounded by guys like me that are in full blown mid life crisis and live to relive the teenage years. I'm too old for this **** but seems more often than not we're lining up the shots, wrestling on the lawn, shooting at midnight, and coming up with new and interesting ways to damage each other. I got to get out of here before I can't leave without a wheelchair!!

I wished you had this kind of resource available for you. It's cathartic. You feel like a weight has lifted, and then descended upon your head the next day but it's still good.

LOL Im trying to live as much as I can before middle age. Luckily things still heal pretty well but I don't recover from a night of shots like I used to.

I am going out with some friends tomorrow to celebrate my Bday so I may be feeling like crap on Sunday lol.
