Cold long start and fuel leak.

Cold long start and fuel leak.
2007 F350.
I have been having a much longer start on my truck when it sits overnight or on the job all day. It starts fine when warmed up.
There is also a fuel leak coming from I think under the left valve cover.
Can these be from a fuel rail leak or injector o-ring ?
If so how hard is it to get to them ?
Thanks

Is the truck making oil? If you suspect a leak under a valve cover, it will end up in the pan and take out the turbo at some point.
There is no fuel rail, per se, on a 6.0, rather a galley in either head. You likely have an external injector o-ring not sealing up. It's not a huge project, just takes some time.
Randy did an excellent write up awhile back

Do you have any readings you can give us whilst cranking it cold?
FICM when it's cold? Pre clatter coming from the injectors?
Do you have any codes?
Glow plug module might not be working. I realize it's summer but if you have cool nights up in CT it will make a difference.
