Wow... a December thread, who would of thought such a thing...

Good Morning.. Wet here, looks like snow on windows, but everything else is just wet..No walk for the dog today, rather stay in bed for the extra 30 mins..

Cub Scout thing at my house last night was a blast, kids were a riot..One of my parents last night caught the attention of the rest of the parents there. He disclosed he was carrying, I love how everyone just migrates over to listen to the conversation, there is a lot of curisosity about the subject, thats for sure. Hopefully one day, again, people will not be so "scared" of the subject..

Its is looking more and more like my company has been sold to a Scottish Company, although the official word has been we are not for sale..A company has been at our door step for the last 9 months, now the big wig of the company is here in the building, and is going to remain here until the 15th of December. Lots of uneasy people here.

Hoping Sunday is cool, I have a family member who is just filled with Cancer, My brother in law and I are heading over to take what we can from his 10 acres to stock up his wood pile. IF he doesnt have enough, in January we will head up North and take what we can from our 20 and haul it back. JUst glad I have Monday off, although I do not act like I am getting any older, after a long day of cutting, I seem to feel that way.

Dylan is getting real excited, Saturday is his Birthday, he has been running around with Sheryl getting his Birthday stuff. Spiderman is the Theme, who knew that you had to have themes for a birthday, when its my birthday, I want the theme to be beer and *****, see you all at Hooters.

This is my first weekend 'off' in a long time. I don't ever work on weekends, there is just always something going on. Jodi and I are going to see Les Miserables at the DeVos on Saturday. She's never seen it live. Good show. Ok other than that I plan to lay low. Aww crap, I forgot, I have to do the o-ring thing to my fuel bowl. Ok, other than that, I am just going to lay low. Good thing the barn fridge is stocked!

Yeah it is...I've met up with John one other time...nice guy.

I've also met up with Steve Bricks and his wife multiple times while out here for dinner and I also hooked up with Stewart_H when we were up in the Pebble Beach area this past July...so I try and meet up with the FTE family as I travel around...

I was bummed I couldn't hook up with one of my FTE buds in Phoenix when I was there a couple of years ago as well as another in Las Vegas this past July...oh well...one day!

I have yet to meet anyone either while out, came close a couple of times in Wisconsin, in Chicago it was a no go, but was told if I needed a ride, broke down or help, they find me, but had not time for a gtg. Great offer.. Michigan group, still have not net all, but we have a good group. The Tenn clan throw a heck of a GTG with the RRE event. WOuld like to travel a NEST gtg one day, well see. The way of the pocket book keeps me from some of these goals. Hell, Love to go find Chris and visit with him since his move.

We may need to do a last minute GTG on a Sunday at say one of the Hooters in the detroit area, Would be good to meet up with Mark and see a few others over a beer or 2. Any takers? should we maybe try and set a date?
