A GTG this time of year can be tough with all the silly season plans.

That's why I'm not getting all worked up. Just thinking a quick couple hour afternoon someplace that has a lot of tv's, beer, and maybe tank tops and orange short. IDK. there prolly isn't enough time.

Good Sunday morning to my northern neighbors!

Hope everyone is having a great weekend!

Personally I'm still stuck out on the leftist coast in SoCal...I don't get to go home until Thursday morning...but I did get to meet up with one of my FTE buds yesterday for a few hours and that was cool.

Have a Blessed Sunday!

Joe.

Happy Sunday.

Glad you got to meet up with a few left coast members, Joe. That's always cool!

For me, I think I am finally going to be on the mend. Long story short I changed the tires on my DD and went into a coughing fit that lasted for about 15 minutes and ended with spending the night in the hostpital with a damaged/brusied lung. But they finally found out that I have been getting improper treatment for the docotrs thought I had last week. Turns out that pneumonia can really mess ya up.

Should be a good week, hoping to get out and hunt next weekend.

Morning everyone.. glad I took today off, yesterday was wet, all day. I believe we cut about 2 full cord of wood. THe use of the Polaris Ranger made it nice and easy to pull 8 foot logs out of the woods. The only problem we had with only cutting the 2 cord, the logs ( mostly) were over 26" in diameter, they get heavy after a while, and I am by no means use to that styl work, so the body is saying good morning..

Truck did somethng goofy on the way home, acted like the TC wasnt locking up. THis would suck, I just had the trans and torq done 2 years ago.. I best not loose my truck, We would have onely one car between us, and that woudnt fly.

I don't know how I ever got any logging or ANYTHING done before I bought the Gator. I can't even walk to the mailbox anymore. And the funny thing is that it's a longer walk to the barn to get the Gator... but I have to pass by the barn fridge to get to the Gator. And it has convenient beer holders.

Well, last night my Son and another boy stayed at another friends Place being they was going early Fishing.
The Friends Dad had a massive heart attack, both boys ( mine and the other Boy that was spending the night there too )gave CPR till Emt's arrived 30 min later !

My boy and his friend came home after this ,,,both shoock up pretty good but got them calmed down. Told them how proud I was of both of them.

Found out this morning the Boy's dad is stable and should recover. Awesome NEWS!!
I am just so glad these 2 Boys were there as the Mom and Son could not have handled it allone. NO house Phone, no real cellphone Signal and noone knew CPR so the Son had to run back and forth to relate messages and there was another young child there, Mom panic and so on......

Thank god they were there and able to help save this life, as I really believe that Man would not be here today if it wasnt for these 2 Boys.

Sorry ...... I know this way off but I am just so proud of them 2 !

We are all going for CPR/ First Aid training ...as this has just shown it can happen to anyone at anytime !

Otherwise .... Happy monday !

You should be proud Jasmin. That is an awesome thing to do!

Being able to keep a cool head for a situation such as that is the key.

Hate to say it but I think my Son is almost too calm... guess having to deal with a lot during his early years toughend him up

I am just so glad they both were there, all 3 of them been long time best friends so this is something that hit them hard.

Boy my Head is killing me and you can tell on my typing ! lol
