They are delicious. I took some to work and the big boss ate some of the employees ones. Have to ask the wife. I remember buying her a mixer to crush the vanilla wafers instead of doing it by hand.

Hoping to finally get cought up on some projects this weekend along with christmas shopping.

Getting my purchase permits to add a couple hand guns to the collection too. picking up a S&W 640, and a Llama .45 acp (with some goodies). pretty excited to have both of them, might even have to take Keli to the range and teach her how to use the 640.

CHristmas party here at lunch today..

 

Plans? Me? Are you kidding? There is a party Saturday I may or may not go to. The beer is free there, so I am leaning towards going.

 

I taught the wife how to shoot her 38. She was a fast learner to. We were selling guns and the ammo we made. I made her some of what we called poofers. No recoil like practice rounds. Put one round of self defense in a chamber and had her shoot it just so she would know there's a big recoil. Got her a cushioned grip to help also.

 

I had Sheryl Shooting with me a couple of times (I believe), SHe did real well, but she has no interest in it what so ever.

 

I would love to learn but ...hubby never home makes it hard .

I still have my CPL, I am getting them from private party so I have to get purchase permit, then take them there for inspection.

If it was from a gun shop, it would have been much easier. The other issue is Allen Park only lets you into records bureau on Wednesday and Thursday between 10-3, and I have 10 days from when I get the permits to get back there. So I've been putting it off a little just so I have the time. We shut down the week between Christmas and New Years so I can get everything complete and maybe find a range to go shoot at for an afternoon.
