Michelle - I haven't checked my mail lately. I'll check it later & let you know. Thanks for the info. I highly doubt I'll pass the pre-test. I know I'm going to fail the math portion of the test already. I HATE math! But, I gotta go atleast try!

Hi Pat! Yes, I think we were sleeping in. Heck, I'm ready to go back to bed. I don't know why I'm so darn tired lately. I feel like I could sleep for another 4-5 hrs! Maybe if I had a reason to stay awake - like a job...then I wouldn't want to sleep the day away.

 

Good morning Donna! I'll second that motion, I could get another 4-5 myself! For me, it's just the time of year/weather. I always feel tired in the winter.

 

Maybe that's it!....that makes total sense. Why would anyone want to go out in the cold weather, when they could stay nice & toasty warm inside at home. I like your method better Pat!

 

I just wish I could do that! I should have been a bear, I'd be snoozing right now!LOL

Ya, it's rough out there. Worst job market I've ever tried to get back into before. I've never had this rough of a time getting a job, but that's how it is right now. It is, what it is.

I'm just glad we're not going to be homeless at the end of December! LOL That's what I was really freaking out about. No place to go. Now that we are approved and sign the papers on Friday, I'll feel much better. I'm working on packing stuff today and getting it ready to go. We should get the keys Mon afternoon, so next week I'll be able to take stuff over in my truck. If I can make a big enough dent, then when we get the actual truck after Christmas, it should mainly just be furniture and last minute stuff (actual clothes we use, stuff like that) to move over. I'll feel MUCH better then...and less tired. LOL

I rode all over yesterday on my bike and it was a biiiiit nippy out (like 43*F down here all day)! Admittedly I was wearing long johns because I knew it was going to be in the low 40's, but it's still kinda cold, even with a leather on. Only thing I hate is my neck gets cold as heck cuz I have nothing to cover it up with. I could take the truck, but the bike saves on gas, so I'd rather freeze and save the gas money for the truck next week. LOL

But, at least it's not as cold as you guys/girls up that-a-way.

I make glass pendants containing ashes of the dear departed.
Family, friends or pets ashes. Makes a nice momento. No two alike and people love them.

Question though... Do you have a relative w/ the same last name that went to Dayton High School? Maybe played on the girls Varsity Soccer team? Would've graduated either 2008 or 2009? I recognize the last name.

 

You're welcome ! No, not that I know of. The Mr grew up in Reno, and a lot of his family live in the Fremont/San Jose area.

That's very cool Bruce! I just got a tattoo with a friends ashes in it, people either think it's cool or creepy lol. Yes, I've tried everywhere I could think of, in January if I'm still unemployed (which seems highly likely) I'll start over, and give serious consideration to hitting the road again. I'll be out of retirement accounts and unemployment soon. The last offer I got was a 3 year freeway job in LA, I just dread going back to all that traveling though.
