Pete I have a pintle on my dump trailer because I had it pop off the ball once with 4 yrds of top soil in it.
Once you have that happen to you go to a pintle.

 

Mornin Jim, Andy! Gotta get some breakfast and then top off the coolant on the vw, put the new O2 sensor in, and put in the exhaust that I welded last night. The pipe going to the flange at the CAt converter broke completely off on my trip, so I just ground it smooth at the flange, recessed it in a tiny bit, welded a piece of tubing to it, and cut the other part of the exhaust smooth as well so it will basically just be a sleeve when the muffler and cat are put back on.

Starting on taking the bed off of my truck while I'm waiting for the people to come look at the van!

 

Evening guys, sorry I couldn't make it today. Finished the van today, people came and checked it out, took it for a drive, I got part of my trucks bed disassembled, helped my buddy move, had dinner with the folks, goin out for another friends 21st soon.

Well the folks at mediquick are very friendly... found that out after being unfortunate enough to get adhesive remover in my eye while my mother was around... they basically said "You're fine... why are you here?"
