I would like to know also, but I've never seen a list. The common options that I am aware of were on the deluxe package which got you the:
Locks on both doors
Deluxe emblems under the door windows
Enhanced accent chrome on the grills
Stainless trim around the windshield
Some rare trucks also had radios, hood ornaments and the long outside mirrors.
I'm sure that there will be others coming along to add to the list.

optional stuff
The custom cab emblems on the doors only came on Custom Cab trucks. I don't think you could order the emblems on a standard cab. Many guys just installed the emblems their truck to look good. I think there was also a fresh air heater and a standard heater ( not sure what it was called ). The fresh air heater actually had a duct from a vent to the outside on the passenger side.

This is a list from an original 1954 sales brochure. It may be similar for other year models.
Available equipment and accessories: 120 ah battery, vacuum booster brakes, side mounted spare tire carrier, turn signals, engine compartment lamp, fire extinguisher, hand brake signal, MagicAire or recirculating heater and defroster, locking gas cap, 6" adjustment outside rear view mirror, HD radiator, HD radiator grille guards, radio, reflector flares (3/kit), road lamps???, spotlight with bracket, RH side tail light, tinted glass, 6.50-16 tires, tow hooks, visor, windshield washer, positive action dual electric windshield wipers.
Deluxe Cab had the following extras (over standard cab): spear ornament on hood sides, bright metal chevrons on grille, bright metal wing vent frames, bright finish drip moulding cap, twin matched tone electric horns, door locks on both doors, two tone seat upholstery, foam rubber seat padding, customized door and body trim???, perforated thermacoustic headliner with glass wool insulation, sound deadener on floor and rear cab panels, arm rests, dome light with automatic door switch, two interior sun visors, illuminated cigar lighter, sturdy lock on dispatch box.

Beaver has it for 54. There were some variations for other years. Remember the name "Custom Cab" did not come around until 1955. In 53 and 54 Ford used the term Deluxe cab and there was no door emblem signifying that. The extra chrome was the clue.
I would suggest you buy a dealer catalog for your year. They are on Ebay all the time. Or buy an accessory booklet. They are reproduced and quite cheap. You will be or already are, impressed with all the options: factory installed and dealer installed.

Mine had, and I've found, a few things. Pretty sure everything has been added on and not from the factory.
On mine I've got a radio and speaker, dual sunvisors, glovebox lock, turn signals, dual taillamps, hoodscoop, tachometer, the seat was recovered but has stock tu-tone underneath. It also had a headliner but that was pretty much gone when I got it.
I would like to get the gutter trim.
So could you pick and choose or was it like to day and you ordered a group?
Also my buddy has a hood ornament on his. I hear that was a fairly rare deal.

C&C, My impression from the sales brochure is that any of the Available Options could be selected individually for an additional cost. If you ordered a Deluxe Cab, you got all of the extras included in that separate list as a package (no picking or choosing).
I believe that I've seen reproduction prints of the sales brochure that I have, plus ones for the other model years 53, 55, 56 available from Mid Fifty F100 Parts...not positive if it was MF.
