Just introducing myself. I am new to FTE, and finally getting back into a 1973 F250 after having been without for more than 10 years. Just picked it up a couple weeks ago, and trying to get it into daily driving condition without soaking parking lots with oil.
Found FTE quite by accident, and now find myself spending a lot (too much?) time here.
Welcome Richard
How about sharing a little of your truck info with us.
And maybe a few more pics.
Yes I'm a perv. Especially for dents and bumps.

And not enough time to drive 'em.

Still trying to get used to not only this forum, but also this truck. The guy I bought it from put 3K miles on it over 6 years, but he seemed like he was fuzzy on the details of the truck.
It seems that I have forgotten more than I ever learned, so I have jumped right back into this truck and realized I really don't know much about what I am doing. But, I enjoy it and I will figure it out!
It is supposed to have a 360/c6, but I haven't yet verified the engine. At some point, someone put an Edlebrock intake and 4bbl carb, and a 429 air cleaner, so I am still sorting out what I have. I just changed the RMS this past weekend as it was leaking pretty bad (never did this before, what an experience). Still putting everything back together, so I hope to have it driving tonight.
I will get more and better pics this weekend, but the truck is pretty clean and straight. A dent in the passenger door, and some damage in the passenger front fender. But neither are that bad at all. Some damaged paint, but no real signs of rust. Still working at getting all of the grease and grime off the undercarriage. Then I will know more about what I have to do.
Excellent.
She looks like a nice little driver.
Good luck with her.
