Well, for starters, that Miller is in your garage and not mine. Lets see....the intercooler tubing is on your truck and not mine.....oh you mean the radiator??? Yeah, that could be a problem! And fan and serpentine belt.

I'd say the brackets on the bottom needs to be moved down

Ding Ding Ding. Super Duty Radiator in an OBS.

Only modification done to get it in the truck is cut two holes in the bottom of the core support to move the mounts down and shave a little off the lip of the core support for the bottom rad hose. Once I'm done I'll weld in some plate around the radiator mounts in the core support so it's solid again. I may also have to mod the top of the radiator where the bushings are or cut 2 small holes in the hood bracing to clear the upper radiator mounts. We'll see. I got it as far down as possible without cutting out the hole bottom half of the core support and the hood is about 1/4" from closing. So, I can take that off the radiator mounts or us a hole saw to cut a small 1" hole in the hood bracing for the mounts to go up into. Haven't decided yet.

Why are you using a SD radiator? The stock works plenty good for cooling doesn't it?
