oil change

i have heard about putting in an anti foaming agent when you change your oil because air gets into the system and can cause air bubbles and eventually cause foam in your system. what are your thoughts?

Use any major brand CJ rated oil and OEM filter and you will have no problems.

Back with my old gasser I was using SeaFoam before changes, but since buying my 04 350 SD I use only Motorcraft and now Rotella oil, but I also use only Motorcraft filters. I don't have any problems.

Never used an anti-foaming agent.

Be aware that overfilling can cause oil foaming.
