How to get the ashtray out?

I took it out before but have forgotten how I did it.
I see a spring steel clip on the right and three screws. Help!

On my '60, you just push down on the tab in the center of the back of the tray. Those screws you see are holding the frame in.

In my 59 you push down the "tab" in the center of the ashtray most people used to knock ash off their cig on it and give it a FIRM yank.....
