Wow that's very close to me as I live over in Bar Harbor.... (near CVS pharmacy off Ft. Smallwood). I would love to see your scangauge before I buy one. I really do need to get some type of monitoring in this truck as I will be towing my 24 foot toy hauler and it's heavy (relatively speaking). Probably will be approx 8000# fully loaded up.

Thanks for the offer but need to have my son back to his mom 4-5 so I will be commuting. Shared custody sometimes becomes really interesting especially during holidays.

Will do. Thanks. I'm going to see if I have time to do my "DIY" intake this weekend too :-)

Installed my "DIY" CAI today. Took me about 45 minutes because I was afraid of breaking the plastic box LOL. I also had to cut the pipe for the intake.

I have more pipe left if anyone needs to make your own or bring your truck over and we'll do it together. You'll just need to bring a couple of hose clamps (5" or so).

Truck really makes the whooosh sound now

The stock intake on the 6.0 engine is the best there is!! Unless you replace the turbo and wanna take the engine way up over 500HP..... no thanks. AND it's been proven that other intakes dust the turbo.... And I still have Factory Warranty left.

LOL yes but my truck is already 11+ years old and I know that the air filter is an easy way to make a little more horsepower, not to mention, easy way to get a little better fuel mileage (if you can stay out of the gas pedal). If my truck was still under warranty, I probably would NOT have done this mod.

I know it is a GOOD mod for the 7.3.... LOTS of owners have done that mod to the 7.3. What I am saying (even if I was out of warranty) is that it isn't good for the 6.0.
