No Heat - 2000 Excursion
I have a 2000 Excursion V10. The problem is that I have no heat. I have had the truck about 4 months. So far, I have put in:
new controls in dash
new thermostat
new heater coils in front & rear - coils will not get warm
new valve - 3 way
new door motor all doors are working
flushed out all lines - they are clean
Any help greatly appreciated.

This fix worked for mine...
Sounds like you already replaced this valve...
I assume your coolant level is good? No air pockets?

Wow that's a stumper...I feel for ya' man. Possibly a colapsed hose somewhere? Is the three way valve on the 2000 a vacuum modulated valve? If so, could there be a vacuum leak in the line to the valve control?
You can also hand feel the outlet from the control valve to see if it is warming up. I seem to remember you can manually control the valve by hand to test it. Confirm the hose between the motor and the valve is warm. If so, check the side after the valve. If it is cold then manually acutate the valve and see if it warms up.
Could someone have installed a ball valve in line to cut off the heat in the summer? I know that is a mod some owners do.

I removed the valve, and made a copper T to try and get flow to the coil - no flow - still no heat, and I do have vacuum. It's open from the intake to the heaters no restrictions.
Before the valve it is warm, not hot, and after the valve it is cool.
No ball valve.

At this point, I'd just route the heater hose from the block outlet to the block return inlet. Take everything else in the heating system out of the equation first. That would help you determine if the coolant is flowing throught the line at all. It should get hot from the coolant flow with no restrictions. If it gets hot, add the next component in line and so on until flow stops.
This has got to be quite frustrating for you at this point.
