Go to the wheels, tires and suspension forum for the lift info and the exhaust forum for the duals. A site search might bring something also. Grab a Four Wheeler magazine and browse the lift kits in their adds and a custom exhaust at a muffler shop isn't a bad way to go.

Exhaust: here's the ideal setup, I just discovered it the other day from a fellow with a 302.
Two hi-flow racing cats going to two Flowmaster Pro-Street series mufflers both running straight out the back. Sounds almost like the truck has straight pipes, only legal. Very loud, very deep sounding, very powerful sounding.

4WHEEL AND OFF ROAD magazine always has an ad for Tuff Country suspensions. They seem to be one of the only ones left listing lift kits for the 80-97 F250 AND F350'S!! They are offering 2.5",4" and 6" lifts for these trucks.

Let us know what you find out, I wouldn't mind lifting mine in the future.

YETI,
Specific problems with tuff country?? What brand do you recommend from national wheel and tire?? I have no experience with tuff country. I've bought from burbank spring and national spring in california. Good springs from both. Local spring shops can put together some good stuff also.

The man I talked to worked at a muffler shop, and he told me that he would generally charge around $500 plus or minus a few dollars for that setup. I asked him to rev it up (his truck was a '95 F-150 302), he did, and it made my 460 sound sick (mine's the same year, but F-250). I have a stock cat/single glasspack/dual outlet set up on mine right now. But after I heard that setup of his, I can't wait for that glasspack to rust out, so I can get that setup.

I think your pretty limited when it comes to a kit for the 97hd, I know skyjacker makes one and I beleive Fabtec also, both good kits, but if it were me, I would go Fabtech.
