You need to build your other truck for Bonneville if you keep driving like that!
Cheers

My dream is to go to the salt flats and drive so fast the speed o meter cable comes apart. TRUE STORY When i was a kid my first car was a 67 fastback with a hp 289 and i had at least 7 c4 trans in the back yard. Couldn't keep it running then i found a FMX and had to use a 351W flywheel so the starter would work. That car only regestered 120 and i would runs it so fast the speed o meter cable would twist into. Guess i got this mid life thing going on. AFTER what i have had to deal with in life i'm lucky to have a mid life.LOL

Maybe you better slow down so you'll be lucky to have a future life. On the other hand... that adrenaline is addicting and that big smile doesn't disappear for days.

WOW How did you take the pic while driving? Holding on with one hand going 110? You're a brave trucker. I love that visor,it would have been a shame if it flew off. I got a 68 289 in my 52. I've pushed it to 80 or so. Those 289's are surprising.....in a good way. Way to go !!!!

Yikes! You could cut some holes behind that visor and you won't need to use the road, just FLY!

I got my '54 above 90 a few times early on (newer 302/AOD/rear-end from a mustang), and quickly discovered that my stock steering, suspension and brakes did not enjoy the speed nearly as much as my engine and the ****-eating grin on my face did!

But, the truck and I survived, and the new stains on the seat washed right out....

I will be an encouragement for those that don't have the needed skills to try for the brass ring - This would lead to the destruction of some very good vehicles

Mine would hit 100 if dropped high enough from a helicopter!
