Very true but I'm also very conservative "cheap" and I like deals, but its funny how I like to spend money on the truck...

 

We all have mouths to feed and we are all workin on a thin budget so it never hurts to ask.

 

Last year Lowes had some sales online and if you printed out the page the store would give that price. Me and several neighbors got a nice 10 piece cutter/pliers/channel lock/vice grip set for $10. Here is a forum for some deals in general: Slickdeals.net

 

While all this stuff at Lowes Sears and what not is good to know, WHAT ABOUT TRUCK PARTS........ Theres got to be some where thats selling parts for my truck to make it run better or go faster or be more efficient....... what about these deals!?

I saw that. Its a good deal. Also for you that go out, if there out go to home depot and they will take 10% off that add also. I did that last year, it was great.

Drove to my local Lowes, parked without problem, walked in and found the display (they had lots of boxes of them sitting out in the aisle), paid for it without having to stand in line, and walked out.

Absolutely no hassle, and this one is in a major urban area.

There were no crowds, and looked just like any other Friday morning at 10:30.

Actually, I was kinda' surprised that there weren't more folks in the store.

Yeah...at $19 that's an awesome deal. I've seen them at $40 (versus normally $44-45), and I got mine a few months ago at $25. But man, for $19, I'm tempted to buy another one!

 

I just bought one, and like Pop said, not much of the crowd thing going on......

 

Thanks just did the same and will pick it up when we get back in town. No more isometric calf exercises on the toe loops.

 

Pop you got lucky... Herd one lady pepper sprayed about 20 people at a walmart down there, anothere was stabbed in the leg, another shot and robbed of his merchandise and worse yet one person found dead in a water fountain all in Los Angelas...

 

I picked up a dewalt cordless drill/driver for $99 yesterday from Lowes (regularly $189). Two other people grabbed one in the minute it took me to decide to get one.
