2008 escape blower issues

thinking of buying a company car turn in 2008 ford escape XLT 4wheel drive and it has 122000 miles not bad needs tires and a good detail but..... the heater blower only blows on 4 will this be an expensive repair? any ideas what it could be thanks.............. I think i can buy it for around 6900.00 is that a fair price as i now have a 2006 xlt that i plan to sell to make this deal......

wptski is starting off with a positive reputation.
That sounds like the blower resistor pack located behind the glove box and not a expensive part.
