Just finished installing my 6.0 trans cooler. I used the factory 6.0 lines to do this project. The first pic is the drivers side I cut the 6.0 line which is 1/2" and also cut my stock line which is 3/8" and used a stainless 1/2 to 3/8 compression fitting to join the two. The second pic is the pass side , I got a 1/2" Magnafine filter and put it in the return line going back to the trans. After the filter I transitioned back to the 3/8" line with a 1/2" to 3/8" barbed fitting. I liked this setup because it seems to be alot cleaner and stock looking.

 

so you used the 6.0 linesconnected to the cooler? looks good and way better than rubber hose hanging ever where. think ill be doing this if i ever find a good 6.0 cooler

 

Yes alot cleaner , the 6.0 lines are already bent to fit perfectly no need for angles and messing around.

 

Clean install Bigpipes, very nice. Reps given. Where did you get the stainless compression fitting?

 

On ebay its a swagelock was 15.00 shipped to my door.
