Howdy from Saskatchewan!
Ive seen there is already a couple guys here from sk and a few from Canada in general! kinda different to see on a forum lol.
So I have a 2007 F150 XL. Now this truck has the 4.6L V-8, Automatic transmission with overdrive, the 4 door regular cab package, Air and tilt but no cruise (yet), and its a long box with 6 bolt rims! Unfortunately it is not a 4x4 but it does have the HD suspension with tow package.
So how rare is this combo? I got half way through the truck picture thread before I couldnt do it anymore lol. I saw only 5 possibly 6 trucks with the 4 door regular cab option but i think they were all short boxes and one had the flare side (which is sweet!)
Pulled a camper this year, avg 17mpg whole trip
At the drags (10 sec 1/8 mile for TT)
Canada Day
And my topper for it
My other ford. 1990 E350 w. 7.3idi and 4:10's

I guess the best part of this whole deal is that i purchased it this summer for $6,000 taxes paid (pst was $600!!) with a fresh provincial safety, new tires all around, one new rim due to being rusty looking, new tie rod ends, new brake pads and a new windshield. When i got the truck it had 148,000 kms (92,000 miles) and was dealer maintained.
only work i have done to it was new sway bar linkages (it was wondering after turning a corner, i blame rough roads for that) , a new brake caliper (it seized up on me when on a trip of course...) and just lately a tune up of new plugs and a fuel filter. Just this week I had command start put in (which has messed up already and been fixed) so that the truck will have proper warm up times.

That sucks brother. Sorry to see the pics of the accident but glad that you only suffered the airbag burn. Condolences on the truck . That damage does not look catastrophic but you never know what the insurance company will do. I am sure up there in Canada auto insurance companies operate similarly to down here totaling when the repair exceeds a certain percentage of the value. Surly the truck is worth more than you just paid for it, seems to me you got a pretty good deal when you bought it. Good Luck! Shawn
