Brake pedal holes

On a 49', why are there 2 holes for clevis pins for the brake push rod. One looks larger then the other.

My 51 was the same way. I installed a new brake booster/master cylinder setup from CPP and the supplied heim joint on the brake pedal push rod and hardware only fit into the larger/ bottom hole. I cant remember where the original was hooked to.

I just guessing here, maybe on hole is used for the smaller trucks and one is use for vacuum boost brakes on the larger trucks.

hole

Bob, can you look at your F2 and tell me what hole is utilized. I have a feeling its the lower larger hole.
