Good shop or mechanic in Goldsboro area

Does anyone know of a good repair shop or mechanic in the Goldsboro, Wilson garner Clayton North Carolina area? I want a good run through of my truck to be done, and the dealer can't do what I want they just want to make money... I have a 2003 f250 7.3
Thanks
