Hey guys, do any of you have one of those truck tents? You know the kind that set up in the bed of your truck. I am really curious about purchasing one but would like to here some first hand experience with them!! Ultimately i would like to find a used canopy, but i have shortbox F-150, canopies are hard to come by for my truck.

 

They are pretty slick.

I've had one for only one season now, but it has worked out great for me. Disclaimer: I have not had the opportunity to use it in the rain, so I can't make any real comments about that, other than from the way it fits, I would think it should work well. Fairly easy/fast to set up also. I can't for the life of me remeber what brand it is, but I know I have the catalog somewhere I got it from. If I find it later, I'll post the address.
Well worth the $ for my solo hunting outings.

Ford sells them as well, look pretty good, and have got to be a whole lot better than sleeping on the ground..
