Bullet proof EGR cooler

I have the bullet proof erg cooler in my truck, the build quality difference is WAY better then the ford design, it's a huge reliablilty that you really don't have to worry about, I can't say much about the oil cooler.
Get a scan gauge(which I believe you already are)
Monitor your temps ect vs eot I usually see a 7 deg delta max, this weekend I got to a 5 deg delta

How we answer that question here really doesn't matter. The only way to know for certain would be to ask the warranty provider.
Aside from that, if you need to replace your EGR cooler I think the BPD cooler is definitely the way to go.

I have both the BPD Oil Cooler and the EGR Cooler on my Rig. Everyone talks about the temps they have on the Delta. Today I was running my 6.0L and outside temp was in the 40's, my ECT was around 185 and my EOT was anywhere from 174 to around 182 intake air temp was around 50 degrees up to 61 degrees. My EGT I try to keep under 1200 degrees as I drive. As for the BPD Oil Cooler, Look at how your oil flows stock, to the cooler then to the filter, with a BPD Cooler it goes to the Filter First then to the Cooler. BPD is the way to go in my book.
