Drivers Side Heated Seat Issue - 08 Escape
Hey guys,
I need help/recommendations about my drivers side heated seat in my 08 escape.
It won't heat up at all, drivers side works fine.
I checked all the wiring and the relay is getting power, the harness to the seat heaters is getting the correct voltage.
Here is where the problem likes, the ground going to the the heaters resistance is all over the place, it is supposed to be less that 5 (however passenger side reads 20 or so and works fine). My drivers side is anywhere from 5-120 with different readings. So it is either this with an open ground somewhere possibly.
I read through fords tech manual from motorcraftservice to do all the testing.
Or just happens both heated seat coils for the butt and the one for the back died at the same time, which I feel is to random to be the issue.
Thoughts?

EDIT: I think it may be the Thermostatic limit switch in one of the heated cushions, I will test that and have to replace on of the cushions if the resistance isn't between 0.8-1.3 on it. (Says to test the back cushion)
