In-Dash GPS And Bluetooth Anyone?

Bought my TC today for my new swimming pool leak detection company. Does anyone have any experience with aftermarket in-dash GPS and hands-free Bluetooth phone systems with a touchscreen? I really enjoy (for the most part) the Sync in my wife's Edge.
