No power at the ignition

Just finished putting in a new starter and a new solenoid. When I was taking out the old starter, the cable must have hit the frame and sparked pretty good. Its all back together now and I have nothing at the ignition for power. no lights, no horn no radio nothing. When I touch the starter wire at the solenoid to the wire coming from the battery she cranks great. Did I connect the solenoid incorrectly, or did I blow a fuse somewhere. I checked all of the fuses in the fuse panel and they seem to be good. Confused

how did you test the fuses. could have burned up a fusible link.

I took out all of the fuses in the main panel and checked them visibly. I guess it could be a fuseable link, but I don't know where to look. Any ideas (94 f350 4x4 auto 7.3 idi ) w/ banks turbo????

a more accurate and much faster way to check all the fuses would be to hook up a test light to a good ground inside the cab and then probe the top of each fuse. the fuses can look good but can be broken on the side and you can't see it. The link to the diagrams i gave will show fusible link locations.

Does that black wire on the large front post (left hand side in photo) go to the starter ?

Yep so when you short the small and large post. Cloest to the battery it engauges the starter
