91 7.5l emissions

So here is the deal. I picked up an f250 with the motor and tranny out and motor taken apart. Got everything back together except the vacuum lines emissions smog pump etc. A lot of it falls into place except a few things that were not labeled and seeing as I didn't take them off I have no clue where they came from. Its like putting a jigsaw puzzle together with no clue what it looks like. So anyway after countless hours of searching through tech manuals and online pics I come to you for help. I was wondering If someone with this setup could take some pics for me or let me know of a tech manual that has diagrams for this engine. I have no ac on the truck and I may be missing parts. Any help would be greatly appreciated as this truck is sucking up much needed fabrication space in my garage. Oh yeah my big problem area right now is on the left side of motor when looking at. The valve cover vent lines and the lines coming off the firewall behind that. Im sure there will be other issues as this progresses.

On another note is a smog pump elimination a possibility on this model.

Thank you for your time and let me know if more detail is needed.

I did a smog delete on my 91 351w when I put it back in. If you just have the two holes in the back of the engine. Two 5/8 course thread bolts clean the holes with a wire brush. The kind you clean a copper pipe fitting before you soldier worked great for me. You will think they don't fit if you don't clean them up. Leave tab and tad connected electrically without vacuum shorter belt and your good to go.

If you have the the air pipes going into the exhaust manifolds i don't know what to do with that.

I re-did all my vac lines. Manifold vac to fpr, brake booster, dash controls, trans modulator(if needed),map sensor and vac canister. Vac reservoir to egr solenoid to egr. Throttle body port to fuel tank purge solenoid. I think thats all of them.

The 7.5 didn't have lines going to the back of heads or manifolds. Both lines go to the cat. One directly from the smog pump and the other through a valve. This valve sends the air either to the cat or to the atmosphere.
