Are the lenses you made as thick as OEM? They look really thin in the picture

An 1/8 of an inch thick. Tested and proven on the road two years with one set, no problems.

Need night shots and cutoff shots!

Want to compare those FXRs to my MH1s to see if it would be worth upgrading to.

Have you tried them on the road at night yet? I love it, looks mean as heck.

Is there any chance of you doing a write-up on the clear lenses? The '92-'97 guys have all kinds of headlight options out there, but I have searched high and low and have yet to find a single aftermarket headlight option for the bricknose trucks. All I want is a standard headlight with a crystal clear lens like yours. I think there's plenty of us out there that would buy a set of those.

Thank you... I spent a lot of time researching, trying to find somebody to make them for me and your right, nobody makes them.

If there is a demand i can supply... what years would you guys want?

If I can get a count of how many I need to make we might be able to work something out.

As far as a write up I dunno man it's complicated you gotta research plastic forming.... The research I did was on temps for each batch of plastic you get to prevent bubbles, preheat the plastic for a couple of hours, and then the part I hate the most which is making a mold and making it unbelievably flat on the front to get rid of the ugly flutes that ford up on the stock lenses. The crazy part is that I had to do that to make lenses for just myself haha although I do have the process down pretty much.

If you wanna give it a try just search for plastic molding/forming online and you'll find tons of information.

80-100 depending on the size of the lenses.
