how would be easy way to convert to 4&3/4 bolt patten on 1960 f100 on the front hubs thanks jim

ford F100 trucks are 5 on 5-1/2" bolt pattern. What size do you want to go to?

Bolt on wheel adapters are the easiest way if you can fit a little more width in your wheel wells. Search 'wheel adapter 5-lug' on ebay to see what I am referring to.
