I am not sure if anyone remembers Chad Fogal, his was/is a member of the FTE group and a Michigan chapter member. He hasn't posted on here in a long time. I have known for a while and have mentioned it before that he has been battling cancer on and off for a few years now. Well, I just found out that he is battling harder than ever, they just sent word to me that the doctors have found 3 new masses on his brain, totalling 4 now. Two of which are already larger than the ones they operated on last year.
Chad is an extremely strong man, and a great guy in general. I am proud to say that he is a friend and saddened that we could not spend more time together.

It's been a while since I have updated this. With following the page for Chad it is looking that his fight may be over soon. If anyone here has had a chance to know or talk to Chad he is a real down to earth, give you the shirt off his back, kind of guy.
I did Chat with him a little bit a month or so ago. his spirits were high as he was expplaining some of the treatment that he has gone through lately. When I saw him updating his FB page I was very optomistic that he was going to overcome the cancer once again. Sadly this is not going to be the case. The update from a few days ago was that his breathing was labored and the Hospice nurse had left, but had him resting comfortably.
I am truly saddened that I did not get a chance to know Chad better, but am very privelidged to call him a friend.
Keep fighting Chad, keep fighting!

What a huge turn of events Chad seems to be doing well! He has a huge support group and following. He just got back from a trip to Houston TX where he went through a multitude of medication changes and seems to be doing much better. Sleeping through the night, and starting to enjoy life again.
So happy for him and his family!
Keep fighting CHad!!
