Headlight Conversion
As I mentioned, I converted my headlights to the '07 style.
Step one, pull into barn, put 30 pack into beer cooler. Get a beer out of beer cooler, put it in the designated Ford Racing cooley cup. Remember that you're making this thread, set beer on bumper so you can take a before picture.
Step two, finish that beer. Have a couple more while removing the headlights. Those clip things are a pain in the butt. But since I'm never going to need them again, prying and breaking seem to be the best.
Step three, drink beer and stare at empty holes, figuring out just how much to cut out.
Step four, and this requires a lot of beer if you're using a disc cutter like I was. Fiberglass dust everywhere. Cut out 90% of everything you see.
Step five, install new headlights with wires provided, everything just plugs and plays. This is so exciting that you celebrate with some more beer. Notice that the 30 pack is getting low, send someone to the beer store.
Step six, test them out. Stare at front of truck, drink beer with buddies commenting on how much nicer they look and how the drive home will be so much nicer having said headlights.
Step Seven, lift truck on hoist, because there is one, stare at headlights and walk around under truck drinking beer. Because you can.
Step Eight, pull it out and see how cool it looks at night. Drink a beer, but not two because it's freakin' COLD out. Back up beer arrives, put in beer cooler. Go back into barn and drink beer discussing how quick of a job it was and solve all of the problems of the world.
The end.
(Thats what you get for saying, "No Pictures Didn't Happen"

But I should be very lucky it made to home or I be stranded in Hubbard lake.
Notice when you push floor it downshift then feel it unlock then lock it bang and you could see RPM from 2500 DROP to 1,400 on Zilwaukee's bridge. And my mileage from normal 18 went down 9-10 mpg. Lost #3 gear it just rev 2K rpm and only go 30.

Let me know I would buy you beer packs for that. I will talk my friend he own junkyard to see if he had bumper. I had perfect bumper but surface is rust so not worth swap.
