The PA Chapter's "Gobblelicious II" November Chat Thread
Wow, this year is almost gone and the holidays are rapidly approaching. 2011 is quickly entering the history books and 2012 will soon be here. So, since we're into November now, it's back by popular (or not-so-popular) demand! It's time to get Gobblelicious again!
If I might be serious for one minute: this holiday season, please try and remember those in our armed services that are spending their holidays away from home and family, defending our nation and fighting for the freedoms we do have.
Eight more days and the elections will be over. Maybe then I'll be able to spend more time in the chapter. I miss being here, a home away from home. Though if I win there will be a lot of work to get done trying to straighten our township out. First order of business will be to follow the money and see why it wasn't being spent wisely. Then figure out a way to cut expenses, lowering the residents taxes and bringing our police force up to the recommended levels. We also have to get our water and sewer authority working efficiently, roads paved and attracting enterprise to our business parks.
If I wind up having to work on all that I will anxiously be looking forward to Carlisle next year. I really missed being there with everyone this year.
Quick pop in, then pop out. I'll probably jump on for a minute or two tomorrow. My all be well with everyone.
