Too bad 75 and sunny happens in between the seasons. I'm all for summer for the bikini's and fishing. Fall for the foliage. Spring for the melt, mud, and floods. Winter is good for hauling *** down a big slippery mountain!

Halloween and Thanksgiving are my two favorite holidays. Halloween is the most fun, and Thanksgiving is great for seeing family, and of course the FOOD!!
Have you guys ever deep fried your bird? It is absolutely phenominal, and takes much much less time, 3 minutes per pound. Best turkey I've ever had was when we deep fried our bird. We did one in the oven, and the first-time experimental fried bird. It seals up the outside of the bird and cooks it so quickly that it has much less time to dry out like it does in the oven. It's obviously a win-win situation, but if you have access to a fryer I highly highly recommend it! Just be careful, it's quite the fire hazard!
