Rough Idle

I have 1989 F150 with the 302 efi, it has trouble staying at idle and when I am driving it and its under a load it shakes really bad. I replaced the dist ignition mod, entire fuel system. I dont know what it could be. I am at my wits end with it PLEASE HELP!!!
