Looks very much the same, except that the grille seems to mimic the [=] of the SuperDuties. 7 lugs on those wheels too so there's still a HD package.

looks to me as if requiring the longer wheel base for the HD packages will stay as well. Based on the max tow mirrors and 7 lug wheels as noted before.

im guessing the changes in 13 will likely be cosmetic in nature?

I'm glad I bought a 2011 model insted of waiting. I'm not really a fan of these vertical ''horizontally challanged'' headlights that Ford is putting on their trucks...Started with the Superdutys in 2008 and has progressivly worked its way to the F-150.

Agreed. That was one of the reasons I did not go with a F-250, but ordered the 2012 F-150 HD payload instead.
I do have to say that those 7-lug aluminum wheels look good.

Maybe you can have them swapped out onto your truck at a later date. Congrats on the new truck!

640CI, I think my truck will come with those wheels; I ordered an XLT with HD payload.

Creepsville! Makes me want to take out my new contacts as they're itching thanks to that avatar.

I'm kinda surprised that Ford is freshening the F-150 up at all. If they are going to that lenght with the XLT grill, what's in store for the Lariat and higher grills?
