brian...

being at the extreme northern end of Indiana, and having a 56, I just assumed that I would have to pay the full shipping from Cali to my door... but I will check into the possibility of that.

I too, have never had a problem with Mid-Fifty. They are helpful and courteous....which is what customer service is SUPPOSED to be about. They call when the items are shipped and are good quality when I receive them. Sure wish other companies would learn a lesson from them.

And yes....sitting in the garage chewing on a Tootsie Roll while working on my pickup is like......like heaven!!!

They may be close to Kalifornya, but they are actually in Golden Valley, AZ.

A large amount of my truck was built through MF.they are always helpful, always polite and quite frankly know these trucks. I always get fast service from them. Can't say enough good things about the girls and all the quality parts and service. If ya have a question they can usually supply ya with an answer. The toostie rolls are a bonus too! Sy is more than helpful and always backs her stuff 100 percent.

I opened this thread expecting to have to set someone straight about Mid-Fifty but I see it really isn't needed.

Dealt with them for a while now and I only look elsewhere when they don't HAVE the item I need... but I always call and ask to be sure, first.

I live 5 miles from Classic Auto Parts (formerly Obsolete Ford) in OKC and I still order from Mid 50. They even give you extra tootsie rools if you ask for them. They come in a bag with the label "TOOTSIE" "extra tootsie rools" and the bag has a bar code on it!

I gotta hand it to them. Babes that know trucks and even pander to our sweet tooth is marketing genius!!

Now I'm just upset everyone's getting Tootsie rolls from them. I thought I was special.. now I'm just special for 'other' reasons.

I thought my title would raise eyebrows.
