I have an 84 f250 diesel. The cable that controls the hot cold mechanism is broke. I've been to the junkyard and all three that I found were also broke. Does anyone sell new cables like this? LMC Trucks shows one for an 80-82, and a 87-91, but not an 84. Does anyone know where you can get one?

 

i broke the cable and the plastic part that constrains the cable. now i just pop the hood and flip the lever on the heater blower to hot/cold lol!
