Not sure what pressure I am getting I do not have any guages other than stock....for now! The turbo is whistling louder than normal...don't know what that means. Which is the MAP sensor and hose?

oh 1 more thing double check the VGT wire harness to the turbo

the Map sensor has a rubber tube that comes off the passenger side Intake manafold up to the map sensor right above the big A/C box its mounted on the header

Gotta be a sensor or electrical connection I dont think the turbo would just start sticking veins if it had No issue B4

LOL--it was a glitch when they migrated the site over to a new server but I believe it's fixed now.

ON the Road Again! Not exactly sure what fixed the issue. The mating surfaces on the hoses and tubes were slightly oily, so maybe that was the issue. Cleaned them all again, sprayed a little hair spray on em and we are in business. Been watching the Turbo pressure (stock guage only for now) and it seems to be staying in the normal range. Running water in the cooling system for today to make sure I have gotten all the oil out of it. Will change the oil and coolant again tonite and hopefully call it a job well done. Will be purchasing a ScanGage II shortly to monitor conditions. Thanks to all that have helped me with this job especially Benny!! This is absolutely the best forum I have ever come across!
