Yes and No. With that kinda of mileage you already have some buildup. That stuff is really meant for a newer vehicle. It'll help yours but its only gonna cover whats already there.
OK I see, I was thinking of something totally different. But 40 for any engine treatment is ridiculous in my opinion. I use seafoam when its on sale for $6 and I'll throw a bottle of Lucas in the motor. Beyond that, all those things are junk IMHO. $40 is a fill up at the pump. Try running premium once a month or so, that should help a bit with cleaning the internals i've heard.
People never believe me when I say its zebra striped, so I just say its a two tone black and white. Thanks guys!
OP can you link me to this stuff? I have never seen or heard of what your asking about.
Edge: I had to say that as I asked my buddy mike (paint shop) What he thought about me doing snow camo on my utility body. Of course his reply was, " you want to make it a cow!" I was pissed and he wont do it.. But he also does not get why I asked him to just do my base coat white and not to clear it yet I'll get the last laugh if I can get the time off before snow flys
The only thing that I have ever used and does work is seafoam, berrymans is a close second but I think its chemically very close to seafoam either way.
hahah what do u mean, The first thing i thought it was, was a Zebra. And yep iv already sea foamed my truck and have ran that lucas stuff thought the fuel about 3 times and one sea foam thro the intake
