water pump pulley/ updated fan clutch issues

Does anyone know where I can find a new water pump pulley? I screwed mine up and am trying to get this thing back together. I have a 1994 turbo with the serpantine set up. Looked at O reilly's and Napa with no luck. I also called Ford and they told me for over $150 they could get me one so I know they are out there. Any help would be great. Part number on the pulley is 1819695C1.

That number looks like an International number because of the C1 suffex. Have you checked with an International truck dealer?

I have called quite a few salvage yards and even looked through ebay. Still waiting on a few call backs from the salvage yards. I will start again today after work on my search.

I found a pully. It is 3/16" larger though. My next delima now is that the radiator shop says I now have leaks comming from the manifold after hot tanking. They were quick to point out that they had a brand new $367 aluminum tank on hand though!!! So now I have to find a new radiator. Found a few already much cheaper and only one state away for shipping!!

I am going to go out in the morning and get everything put put back together so that when the new radiator comes in on Monday so I can fill it up with coolant and go. I didn't even think about going to autozone as I hate the store they have here. Maybe they have gotten better since I last went there. I ordered one off of ebay. They said it was in stock so I figured it would be here by tomorrow from Oregon. They had it in stock in California though, so I will have to wait until monday. Paid $227.88
I may have to attempt to buy your pulley off of you.

Well I got my radiator today. As normal, I am not finished. I got the radiator installed, made sure all the hoses were tight, filled up 6 gallons of antifreeze/water and decided I better get the fan shroud lined up and tightened down. Of course it was not going to line up due to the fact it was caught on the passengers lower corner and hitting the fan. No problem I will take the bolts out of the fan and move the shroud over, reinstall the fan and start this baby up. NOT!!! While attempting to put the bolts back into the fan clutch, three bolts would not catch and two of the bolts would not torque down. Typical.

So now I ask, Buy a new fan clutch at $160 or rethread the holes? What are your oppinions?
