If you cant find a replacement one online you could probably find one at a local junk yard.

Does it mount through the block or the oil pan?

You are in luck sir! I have a spare that came with the block I pulled from the junk yard. I don't need it and was just going to junk it. It's just the tube though, but, free none the less...

JST Automotive in Lebanon TN has ONE = 615-443-3086.
I thought you told me that the CD version of the 1980/89 Ford Light Truck Parts Catalog was scanned from the final edition (March 1994). This is what my March 1994 microfiche version sez:

E2TZ-6750-F replaced by: E6TZ-6750-J Dipstick & E6TZ-6754-E Dipstick Tube / Obsolete

Applications: 1983/86 F100/350 & Bronco 4.9L (300 I-6).

COLE-WHITNEY FORD in Lincoln ME has (1) E6TZ-6750-J & (1) E6TZ6754-E

GREEN SALES CO. in Cincinnati OH has (4) E6TZ-6750-J & (3) E6TZ-6754-E
