92 f250 help

I got a 1992 f-250 7.3 from a guy and he took the head off and injection pump off and did not mark it what can i do to get the timing right. new to diesel's can anyone help

How was the injector pump removed? If just removed from the housing no timing is required. However if removed with the housing then it will need to be retimed.

The pump and housing was taken off. he just removed the 4 bolts holding it down

Probably better to ask on the pre-power stroke page in the diesel section. However that link may help.
