Shift points?

I have an e4od tranny in my 92 f250 with a 460. When i get the pedal to the floor it shifts at about 4000 rpm. Is this normal?

Sounds normal to me. My 1992 F350 4x4 w/5.8L engine and E4OD shifts around the same RPM if I keep the throttle nailed.
